Wedding dress designers often struggle to manage the dress design process for their brides-to-be efficiently.
Drawing from my experience as a former fashion designer in a wedding dress studio, I deeply understand this challenge and created a solution to address it.

“Most of the brides testified that they would coordinate measurements with them at times that are not convenient for them, so we will allow them to schedule the measurements for themselves” (Shiran, got married last March)

Market research- conclusions
I researched different apps such as: apps for managing a diary and scheduling appointments, apps that show locations at any moment, apps for tracking deliveries, etc..

To make the bride more focused in the first meeting in the studio
We will send her a message with questions that will make her come to the meeting more prepared, and show her the things she needs to bring to the studio at the first meeting.

To get the designer to add the leads to the app
We will add a 'leads' feature which will be able to collect all the leads that arrive by category, the algorithm will identify where most of the leads come from and we will present the statistics.

To enable good communication between the bride and the designer
We will add a chat for important questions between the client and the designer, for example: what shoes and jewelry can the dress go with, and the client will stay updated on the contract and payments.

To enable good communication between the designer and the bride
We will allow the designer to update the client's portfolio, if there are changes in the design or the choice of fabrics and if the client has a debt.

This screen serves as the starting point for brides after completing the onboarding process. congratulates them on their engagement, and encourages them to schedule their first appointment – the impression meeting – at the studio.

Schedule Appointment
These screens guide brides in scheduling the "Impression Meeting," offering time slot selection and availability confirmation for a seamless booking experience.
Confirmation
These screens confirm the scheduled appointment. The user selects a time, confirms it, and receives meeting details with options to add to their calendar, share, or complete a preparation questionnaire.




Questionnaire
These screens gather the bride's style preferences to personalize her dress selection, enabling the designer to understand her vision and provide tailored recommendations for the meeting.

Home Page
This screen lists the bride's scheduled dress fittings, highlighting the next appointment. It helps her track past and upcoming fittings and stay prepared.
My Dress
A progress tracker for the dress-making process, showing completed steps and the current stage ("Sewing the lacing"). It keeps the bride informed about the progress of her wedding dress creation.



Brighter
A platform for wedding dress designers to effortlessly manage communication, fittings, and dress selection with brides-to-be.
Design
An intuitive tablet application for Wedding dress Designers, connecting them directly with brides while streamlining business management. The app features an appointment diary to centralize bride information and provides tools for tracking leads and customers, empowering designers to focus on what matters- serving clients and growing their business.


Home page
The home screen provides a full overview of the designer's schedule. Selecting an appointment reveals all essential details about the bride, streamlining the fitting process.

Appointment Summary
This screen highlights a bride's fitting appointment, showing her details (name, contact, wedding date) and a Summary tab for fitting notes. Fields for hem, corset, and skirt adjustments streamline documentation for the next measurement.

Contract & Measurements
This screen displays the bride's contract details and body measurements. In the Contract & Details tab, the designer can view the gown's name, fabrics, and price, with an option to access the full contract.

Clients- Brides
This screen highlights a bride's fitting appointment, showing her details (name, contact, wedding date) and a Summary tab for fitting notes. Fields for hem, corset, and skirt adjustments streamline documentation for the next measurement.

Statistics
This screen shows revenue trends, lead performance, and best-selling dresses. It also highlights lead sources, helping the designer track progress and improve business decisions.

Leads Management
This screen shows a list of potential brides with their contact details and lead sources, allowing designers to manage and follow up on leads efficiently.
